Respect neighbors and their traffic at all times. This is a residential, private a cul-de-sac consists of six houses. There are two single-lanes, and our lane is at left side facing up a hill.  Always check for oncoming vehicles before entering/exiting this private road on 17th Place.

Please park your car at front yard tight as much as possible since our parking space is limited. Do NOT park car outside of our property.

Be mindful of noise when you are outside.

Please show maximum respect for this building. It's a private facility and there is no janitor on site. Any mess you make must be cleaned up by you. Please do not leave any huge trash or disorder.
